Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Business Partner to oversee the lifecycle performance of assets within the BU. You will handle fleet management, margin analysis, and profitability metrics across locations, reporting to the Director of Asset Management.

The role requires coordinating with sales, rental, maintenance, SCS, and RVS teams to optimize asset value and performance. The position emphasizes leadership, strategic influence, and data-driven decision making to improve fleet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Five years of rental, operations, sales or related industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Fleet management and asset performance analysis within assigned area.
• Provide guidance and influence across Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS, RVS, and Finance.
• Manage asset calls, reviews, and special projects to optimize ROA.
• Coordinate with Fleet and Asset teams to redeploy underperforming assets.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to maximize asset utilization and profitability.
