Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Business Partner to oversee lifecycle performance of assets across the BU, including fleet management, margin analysis, and profitability assessments.

The role requires coordinating asset processes with sales, rental, maintenance, and financial teams, reporting to the Director of Asset Management. The position emphasizes leadership to cross-functional areas, optimization of asset deployment, and driving strategic initiatives for asset utilization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics
• Five (5) years or more experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or industry related experience required

Responsibilities

• Fleet management and asset performance analysis within assigned geographical area
• Coordinate asset reviews and special projects across BU
• Lead weekly asset calls and manage asset deployment and redeployment
• Provide guidance to Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS and RVS teams to maximize asset value
• Oversee depreciation, NYE cycles, and asset lifecycle reporting
