Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Business Partner responsible for the life-cycle performance of assets across the BU.

You will lead fleet management, product line analysis and profitability, coordinating across sales, rental, maintenance and finance to optimize ROA on 188,000+ vehicles valued at $6.8B. You will report to the Director of Asset Management and drive asset reviews, special projects and weekly calls while mentoring teams and improving cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics.
• 5+ years of experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or related industry.
• Willingness to travel 20-30%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet management and asset performance within assigned area.
• Coordinate asset calls and reviews across multiple functions.
• Lead and mentor teams in Sales, Rental, Maintenance and SCS/RVS.
• Monitor profitability by customer and location; analyze margins.
