Job summary

Cribl is hiring an Analytics Business Partner to bridge data, analytics, and business strategy across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions. You will translate complex product and customer insights into scalable data models, and drive cross-functional reporting improvements in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Reporting to the VP of Data & Analytics within Cribl's Business Operations, you will own reporting for major initiatives, including new product launches and M&A integrations, while

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting or related field.
• Fluency across GTM, Finance, Product and other functions.
• Ability to join multiple tables, write a CTE, and get the aggregation grain right.
• Given a reporting issue, you know not to default to a data-only answer.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience ensuring data and reporting keep up after an acquisition or product launch.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and drive the solution for non-routine business events.
• M&A integration: align acquired products and customers with reporting models post-close.
• New product launch: align success metrics with data models and reporting.
• Keep execution moving: sequencing handoffs across teams and avoiding duplication.
• Stand up the Business Intelligence Council to align on metrics and hierarchy definitions.
• Know the business: map GTM, Finance, Product interactions to data work before scoping.
