Job summary

Cribl, a remote-first data observability company, is seeking an Analytics Business Partner to bridge GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions with data-driven insights. You will translate strategic initiatives and acquisitions into coherent reporting and models across the business.

You’ll join a high-impact team that thrives in ambiguity, coordinating cross-functional work, standing up BI council, and ensuring data supports decision making as Cribl scales in the AI era.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics.
• Experience operating across GTM, Finance, Product and other functions.
• Ability to join multiple tables, write a CTE, and set correct aggregation grain.
• Ability to diagnose issues and drive end-to-end data solutions.
• Excellent communication with execs and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in post-close M&A integration or product launches is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and drive the solution for non-routine business events.
• Lead M&A integration reporting and data modeling.
• Define success metrics with Product and ensure tracking post-launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution and manage data handoffs.
• Stand up and lead the Business Intelligence Council.
• Understand how GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions operate to align data work.
