Cribl is hiring an Analytics Business Partner to translate new products and acquisitions into our data, systems and reporting. You’ll work across GTM, Finance, Product and other functions, reporting to the VP of Data & Analytics within a broad Business Operations group.

The role requires strategic thinking, ambiguity tolerance, and a track record of delivering data-driven solutions in a fast-growing SaaS environment. Remote-first with global time zones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics.
• Fluency across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions.
• You can join multiple tables, write a CTE, and get the aggregation grain right.
• Experience ensuring reporting keeps up after an acquisition or new product launch.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and drive the solution for non-routine business events with cross-functional teams.
• M&A integration: align acquired products and customers with reporting models.
• New product launch: map success metrics to reporting and data models.
• Keep execution moving: sequence work across Data & Analytics teams and drive handoffs.
• Stand up the Business Intelligence Council to align on measures and hierarchy definitions.
• Know the business: understand how GTM, Finance, and Product interact and where data work fits.
