Job summary

Cribl is hiring an Analytics Business Partner to bridge Product, GTM, Finance, and Operations. Translate acquisitions and new launches into consistent data models, reporting, and actionable insights.

Reporting to the VP of Data & Analytics within Cribl's Business Operations, you will lead cross-functional initiatives and establish BI governance, delivering impact in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics.
• Fluency across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions - enough to know that 'customer' may mean different things to Sales than to Finance.
• You can join multiple tables, write a CTE, and get the aggregation grain right - not primarily hands-on query/dashboard work.
• Experience ensuring data and reporting keep up after an acquisition or product launch.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and drive the solution when a non-routine business event doesn’t fit current tracking or reporting (system change, process, data model) and act as DRI across cross-functional teams.
• M&A integration: own how acquired products fit into reporting and data models post-close.
• New product launch: align Product success metrics with reporting and data models post-launch.
• Keep execution moving: sequence tasks across Data & Analytics, own handoffs, and close gaps to maintain momentum.
• Stand up the Business Intelligence Council: form and run cross-functional alignment on measures, attributes, and hierarchy definitions.
• Know the business: map how GTM, Finance, Product interact and engage right people before scoping data work.
