Job summary

Cribl, a remote-first B2B SaaS data observability leader, seeks an Analytics Business Partner to translate product and customer signals into unified reporting across GTM, Finance and Product. You’ll shape data models, drive integrations after acquisitions, and govern metrics that guide major go-to-market decisions.

This high-impact role reports to the VP of Data & Analytics within Cribl's Business Operations and offers a compensation package reflecting the fast-growing, multi-product

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics with a track record of operating in unfamiliar functions and reframing ambiguously-posed questions.
• Fluency across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions to reconcile differences between departments.
• Ability to join multiple tables, write a CTE, and get the aggregation grain right; hands-on work with queries/dashboards is not primary.
• When reporting issues arise, you diagnose whether data, process, or data model are the root cause.
• Strong communication skills to explain top-line takeaways and work through operational nuances.
• Experience ensuring data and reporting stay in sync after acquisitions or new product launches.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and drive the solution for non-routine events that affect data tracking and reporting.
• Own M&A integration: align acquired products and customers with existing reporting models.
• Oversee new product launches and ensure metrics definitions are tracked post-launch.
• Keep execution moving by coordinating data team handoffs and preventing gaps.
• Stand up and run the Business Intelligence Council to align leaders on measures and definitions.
• Know the business: engage GTM, Finance, Product and others to scope data work with the right people.
