Cribl, the analytics-driven data observability company, seeks an Analytics Business Partner to translate new products and customer work into our data, reporting, and definitions. You’ll work across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions to align metrics, drive value attribution, and ensure reporting keeps pace with growth.

You’ll report to the VP of Data & Analytics within Cribl's Business Operations. This remote-first role requires 8+ years in consulting or operations, ability to join

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics.
• Fluency across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions to reconcile differences.
• Ability to join multiple tables, write a CTE, and get the aggregation grain right.
• If there is a reporting issue, identify whether data, process, or model is at fault.
• Strong communication skills at both executive and operational levels.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and drive the solution.
• M&A integration: fit acquired products and customers into reporting models.
• New product launch analytics alignment with Product success metrics.
• Keep execution moving by sequencing cross-team handoffs and removing gaps.
• Stand up the Business Intelligence Council to drive alignment and actual resolution.
• Know the business across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions to engage the right people.
