Job summary

Cribl is seeking an Analytics Business Partner to bridge data and reporting across GTM, Finance, Product and IT, reporting to the VP of Data & Analytics within Cribl's Business Operations. This role drives complex data models, metrics, and frameworks to support decision-making across the organization.

You will translate new products or acquisitions into existing data, establish a unified reporting approach, and own cross-functional initiatives that create clarity and value across Cribl's

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics.
• Fluency across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions.
• Able to join multiple tables, write a CTE, and get the aggregation grain right.
• Not a data-only answer; can differentiate data issues from process or model problems.
• Strong communication style to suit execs and operational teams.
• Experience delivering post-acquisition or post-launch data integration.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and define solutions for non-routine business events with cross-functional teams.
• Lead M&A integration to fit acquired products and customers into existing reporting.
• Understand product success metrics and align reporting to post-launch tracking.
• Coordinate across Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, and Data Governance to avoid gaps.
• Stand up and run the Business Intelligence Council for cross-functional alignment.
• Maintain visibility into GTM, Finance, Product and other functions to guide data scoping.
