Cribl is seeking an Analytics Business Partner to translate new product and acquisition events into aligned data models and reporting. You will work across global teams within Cribl's remote-first environment to bridge gaps between product, GTM, Finance, and IT, driving data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes partnering with multiple functions, defining metrics, and ensuring visibility post-launch or post-acquisition, while thriving in ambiguity and delivering orderly solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and drive the solution when a non-routine business event doesn't fit current tracking or reporting.
• M&A integration: fit products and customers into reporting and data models post deal close.
• New product launch: align success metrics with Product and ensure tracking post-launch.
• Keep execution moving: coordinate across Data, Analytics, and related teams.
• Stand up the Business Intelligence Council and drive to resolution.
