Cribl is seeking an Analytics Business Partner to bridge data, reporting, and metrics across GTM, Finance, and Product. Reporting to the VP of Data & Analytics within the Business Operations organization, you will translate new products and acquisitions into consistent data models, definitions, and dashboards across the company.

Qualifications

8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics.
Fluency across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions.
You can join multiple tables, write a CTE, and get the aggregation grain right.
Given a reporting issue, you know not to default to a 'data-only' answer and identify whether data, process, or data model is at fault.
Ability to flex your communication style for execs and operational teams to drive a solution.
Experience ensuring data and reporting keep up after an acquisition or new product launch.
