Cribl is seeking an Analytics Business Partner to translate new products, acquisitions, and go-to-market shifts into cohesive data, definitions, and reporting. You will work across GTM, Finance, Product, and IT to define metrics, data models, and governance as Cribl scales.

Reporting to the VP of Data & Analytics, you’ll stand up cross-functional processes, lead the BI council, and drive timely decisions while balancing ambiguity with structured execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics.
• Fluency across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions.
• You can join multiple tables, write a CTE, and get the aggregation grain right.
• Given a reporting issue, you know not to default to a 'data-only' answer and will diagnose data, process, or model gaps.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and deliver cross-functional data solutions for non-routine business events.
• M&A integration: map acquired products and customers into reporting and data models post-close.
• New product launch: align success metrics with data models and reporting post-launch.
• Keep execution moving: coordinate Data/Analytics handoffs and maintain pace across teams.
• Stand up the Business Intelligence Council and drive alignment and resolution across functions.
• Know the business: understand GTM, Finance, Product to scope data work and engage right stakeholders.
• Remote-first environment across time zones; may require duties outside standard hours.
