Cribl is hiring an Analytics Business Partner to translate product and customer needs into our data, definitions, and reporting framework. You’ll work across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions, serving as the DRI to drive data-driven decisions in a remote-first company.

You’ll lead BI governance, coordinate with Data & Analytics leadership, and ensure reporting tracks value from acquisitions, launches, and strategic initiatives. This is a high‑impact strategic role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics.
• Fluency across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions.
• Ability to join multiple tables, write a CTE, and get the aggregation grain right.
• Not a data-only answer: diagnose whether data, process, or data model causes issues.
• Strong communication, executive summarization, and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and drive the solution for non-routine business events across functions.
• M&A integration: map acquired products and customers into reporting models.
• New product launch: align success metrics with data definitions and reporting.
• Keep execution moving by sequencing work and managing handoffs.
• Stand up the Business Intelligence Council for cross-functional alignment.
• Know the business: understand GTM, Finance, Product, and other operations.
