Job summary

Cribl is seeking an Analytics Business Partner to translate new products and acquisitions into our data, definitions, and reporting. You will own metrics across GTM, Finance, and Product, partnering with IT to ensure consistent data models and insights.

You will influence reporting strategies, stand up cross-functional forums, and drive rapid resolution of data issues across time zones in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics.
• Fluency across GTM, Finance, Product and other functions.
• You can join multiple tables, write a CTE, and get the aggregation grain right.
• Given a reporting issue, you know not to default to a “data-only” answer.
• Ability to flex your communication style for execs and operational teams.
• Experience ensuring data and reporting stay in sync after an acquisition or product launch.
• Bonus: post-close M&A integration or GTM model change.
• Bonus: late-stage B2B SaaS startup or Series E+ experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and drive solutions for non-routine events across cross-functional teams.
• M&A integration: fit acquired products and customers into reporting.
• New product launch: align success metrics and reporting definitions.
• Keep execution moving across Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, and Governance.
• Stand up the BI Council and drive alignment on measures and hierarchy.
• Know the business across GTM, Finance, Product to ensure right people engage.
• Remote-first role; may require duties outside standard hours.
