Job summary

Cribl, a remote‑first B2B SaaS data observability company, seeks an Analytics Business Partner to bridge product, customers, and reporting. You’ll translate new products and acquisitions into consistent data models, definitions, and KPIs, partnering across GTM, Finance and Product.

Reporting to the VP of Data & Analytics within Business Operations, you’ll drive cross‑functional initiatives, stand up a BI council, and shepherd data quality as the company scales in the AI era.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics.
• Fluency across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions to reconcile different definitions of “customer.”
• Ability to join multiple tables, write a CTE, and get the aggregation grain right.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and drive solutions for non-routine events across systems, processes, or data models.
• Own M&A integration reporting to fit acquired products and customers into existing models.
• Understand product success metrics and ensure reporting tracks post‑launch performance.
• Coordinate cross‑team handoffs to keep execution moving and avoid gaps.
• Stand up and run the Business Intelligence Council for cross‑functional alignment.
• Know the business by linking GTM, Finance and Product to data scoping before work begins.
