Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Economics, Finance, Math/Statistics or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data, analytics, finance due diligence, strategic planning and business acumen.
• Proficiency with databases (SQL) and statistics packages (Python/R, Tableau).
• Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau) and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Driving analytics productization and self-service: Create scalable reporting assets that reduce ad-hoc requests and improve stakeholder access to insights.
• Coaching team members on Tableau and analytics best practices: Improve turnaround speed, dashboard quality, and stakeholder-ready outputs.
• Data analysis and interpretation: Analyze large datasets to extract insights and inform strategic decisions.
• Data modeling: Develop complex data models to derive actionable insights for decision-making.
• Dashboard development and self-service enablement: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and TableauNext.
• Machine learning modeling: Clean/preprocess data, create features, and build predictive models under guidance.
• Collaborative problem solving: Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions across teams.
