Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Analyst of CS Strategy & Analytics to shape the long-term direction of our Customer Success organization through data-driven insights. You will drive product adoption strategy, analytics innovation, and scalable engagement motions in an AI-first world.

You will independently lead strategic initiatives, partner with senior stakeholders, and scale analytics quality and self-service capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a data-related field with strong analytical foundation.
Experience translating data insights into actionable business recommendations.
Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets to influence strategy.

Responsibilities

Drive analytics productization and self-service reporting to reduce ad-hoc requests.
Coach team on Tableau and analytics best practices to improve dashboards and outputs.
Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights for strategic decision-making.
Develop data models to derive actionable insights at scale.
Design and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
Build machine learning features and models with guidance from senior team members.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deploy data solutions.
