Qualifications

• Strong data visualization skills and best-practice knowledge for dashboards.
• Self-driven with ability to synthesize multiple information sources into strategic insights.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive analytics productization and self-service reporting to reduce ad-hoc requests and improve stakeholder access to insights.
• Coach team members on Tableau and analytics best practices to improve dashboard quality and turnaround speed.
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and inform strategic decisions for the business.
• Develop complex data models to derive actionable insights and support scale of decision-making.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, enabling end-users via TableauNext.
• Prepare and refine machine learning features; build predictive models under senior guidance.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to integrate data science solutions into systems.
