Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Analyst of CS Strategy & Analytics to shape the long-term direction of Customer Success through data-driven insights and strategic planning. You will own product adoption analytics, develop scalable engagement motions, and drive self-service analytics at scale.

You will collaborate with data, engineering, product, and business teams to build actionable insights, dashboards, and predictive models, advancing the AI-first transformation of Salesforce outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Finance, Math/Statistics or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in data, business analytics, or strategy.
• Proficiency with databases (SQL) and statistics; experience with Python/R and Tableau.
• Strong data visualization skills and best practices for dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Drive analytics productization and self-service reporting to reduce ad-hoc requests.
• Coach team members on Tableau best practices and dashboard quality.
• Analyze large datasets to derive insights for strategic planning and decision-making.
• Develop Tableau dashboards and reports; enable end-users through self-service.
• Build and evaluate predictive models with guidance from senior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
