Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Senior Analyst of CS Strategy & Analytics to guide the long-term direction of Customer Success through data-driven insights and strategic planning. You will own analytics projects, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and scale self-service capabilities in an AI-first environment.

You will lead data analysis, develop predictive features, and build dashboards to inform product adoption and engagement. A strong background in SQL, Python/R, and Tableau is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Economics, Finance, Math/Statistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in data analytics, business analytics, or strategic planning.
• Proficiency with databases (SQL) and statistics; experience with Python/R and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Drive analytics productization and self-service reporting for stakeholders.
• Coach team on Tableau best practices to improve dashboard quality.
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Develop data models to support scalable decision processes.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
