Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Senior Analyst of CS Strategy & Analytics to shape the long-term direction of Customer Success through data-driven insights. You will lead analytics productization, build scalable dashboards in Tableau, and collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams to enable data-driven decisions.

You’ll drive ML-ready data preparation, feature engineering, and model development under senior guidance, while coaching peers on analytics best practices and self-service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Economics, Finance, Math/Statistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional data/analytics experience; strategy preferred.
• Proficiency with SQL and statistics; Python/R and Tableau experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive analytics productization and self-service reporting assets.
• Coach team on Tableau and analytics best practices.
• Analyze large datasets to inform strategic decision-making.
• Develop data models to support scalable insights.
• Design and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Build predictive ML models under senior guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data science solutions.
