• Bachelor’s degree in data-related field required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in data analytics, strategic planning or related roles.

• Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau) and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
