Responsibilities

• Driving analytics productization and self-service: Create scalable reporting assets that reduce ad-hoc requests and improve stakeholder access to insights.
• Coaching team members on Tableau and analytics best practices: Improve turnaround speed, dashboard quality, and stakeholder-ready outputs.
• Data analysis and interpretation: Analyze large datasets to extract insights and inform strategic decisions.
• Data analysis: Develop complex data models to derive actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Dashboard development and self-service enablement: Design, develop, and maintain dashboards/reports using Tableau and enable end-users via TableauNext.
• Machine learning modeling: Clean data, create features, and build predictive models under senior guidance.
• Collaborative problem solving: Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions across cross-functional teams.
