Job summary

PwC is seeking a Manager in the Internal Firm Services practice to lead strategic sales and marketing initiatives, drive revenue growth, and build partnerships with alliance executives. You will oversee multi-competency programs, guide teams, and ensure project success while maintaining high-quality standards.

Travel up to 20% is expected as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with client needs and PwC's goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in Partner & Alliances Management or related field.
• Proven ability to drive demand generation and successful programs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key Alliance executives to identify synergies and opportunities for solution development.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver multi-competency programs that address client business issues.
• Leading the planning, budgeting, and execution of projects to achieve organizational targets.
• Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and manage performance effectively.
• Analyzing market trends and data to identify opportunities for market penetration and revenue growth.
• Utilizing digital marketing and creative campaigns to engage clients and promote the firm's services.
• Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to enhance delivery and client engagement.
• Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to maintain professional standards and relationships.
