Job summary

Databricks is seeking an Alliance Leader to own the partner management function for McKinsey. You will lead strategic partnership planning, sponsor development, capability and solution development, thought leadership, and relationship management, reporting to the VP, Partner Program.

You will expand mindshare, build a sustainable services business by expanding skills, assets, and offerings, promote the relationship, and drive the pipeline with executive influence and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading initiatives with senior executives.
• 10+ years in management consulting with top providers.
• Strong relationship planning and governance skills.
• Ability to collaborate across account teams, sales, solution architects, and cloud specialists.
• Proven capability to develop sponsorships, assets, and market-facing offerings.
