Job summary

Nisga'a Tek, LLC is seeking a Scheduler to provide long-range aircrew scheduling support. The role requires coordinating with operational units, maintaining schedules, and ensuring coverage for aircrew, instructors, and staff.

Applicant must have at least two years as a squadron aircrew scheduler and familiarity with PEX or similar scheduling programs, with a Secret clearance preferred. This is a full-time on-site position in Texas.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a long-range scheduling system for aircrew, trainers, and staff.
• Coordinate with units to align long-term mission planning with objectives.
• Track crew availability, leave, TDY, and training requirements to deconflict schedules.
• Update scheduling data in PEX and related systems as required.
• Publish schedules for flying, ground, and training events to leadership.
• Provide training to personnel on using the scheduling system.
