Job summary

Nisga'a Tek, LLC is seeking a Scheduler to provide long-range wing scheduling support and coordinate with operational units to align mission planning with organizational objectives. The role requires proficiency in scheduling systems and strong communication.

Candidates should have at least two years of squadron aircrew scheduling experience and familiarity with PEX or similar programs; a Secret clearance is required or must have had one.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive long-range scheduling system including prioritization of aircrew and operations.
• Coordinate with operational units to align long-term mission planning with organizational objectives.
• Ensure optimization of resources and alignment with AFRC/ANG and Wing goals.
• Analyze historical mission data to improve future planning.
• Generate detailed reports for leadership to inform decisions.
• Provide training to personnel on the scheduling system.
