Job summary

Nisga'a Tek, LLC in the United States is seeking a Scheduler to provide long-range scheduling support for aircrew, instructors, evaluators, and support personnel. The role focuses on coordinating with flight leadership to ensure full coverage, deconfliction of schedules, and alignment with mission requirements.

Responsibilities include building comprehensive schedules, maintaining data in PEX or equivalent systems, and delivering reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with scheduling software and systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to think critically and make timely decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive long-range scheduling system including prioritization of aircrew and operations.
• Coordinate with operational units to align long-term mission planning with objectives.
• Ensure optimization of resources and alignment with larger unit goals (AFRC/ANG/AFGSC).
• Analyze historical mission data to improve future planning.
• Generate detailed reports for leadership to inform decision-making.
• Provide training to personnel on the scheduling system and processes.
• Publish scheduling data for training and operations events in required systems.
• Schedule aircrews to cover all required positions and minimize conflicts.
• Coordinate daily/weekly with leadership to facilitate flying operations.
