Job summary

The Scheduler role at Nisga'a Tek, LLC focuses on providing comprehensive wing scheduling support, prioritizing aircrew and training tasks while coordinating with leadership and ensuring full coverage.

Candidates must hold a Secret clearance, have at least two years as a squadron aircrew scheduler, and experience with PEX or similar systems, MS Office, and scheduling software; you will generate reports and track leave and TDYs to keep schedules accurate.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive long-range scheduling system.
• Collaborate with operational units to align long-term mission planning with objectives.
• Ensure optimization of resources and alignment with broader goals.
• Analyze historical data to inform future planning.
• Generate detailed reports for leadership to support decisions.
• Provide training to personnel on the scheduling system.
• Publish scheduling data to PEX or related systems.
• Coordinate with senior leadership for daily/weekly flying operations.
