Job summary

Nisga\'a Tek, LLC seeks an experienced Scheduler at Barksdale AFB to manage long-range aircrew scheduling and support training and missions. The role requires coordinating with units to ensure full crew coverage and adherence to schedules.

The position emphasizes proficiency with scheduling software, MS Office, and clear communication, with a target to optimize operational readiness and risk management.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Secret Clearance or previously held Secret Clearance which has expired (not revoked).
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience working as a squadron aircrew scheduler.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with PEX or similar scheduling program.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive long-range scheduling system for aircrew and operations.
• Collaborate with operational units to align long-term mission planning with objectives.
• Coordinate with senior leadership to deconflict crewmember schedules and optimize coverage.
• Track training requirements and accomplishments to support scheduling decisions.
• Update data in Patriot Excalibur (PEX) and related systems as required.
• Publish scheduling data for unit training and flying events in approved systems.
• Attend meetings and provide scheduling updates to leadership.
