Job summary

Nisga'a Tek, LLC is seeking a Scheduler to provide comprehensive wing scheduling support, coordinating with operations to align long-term planning with objectives. The role involves managing aircrew, instructor, evaluator, and support personnel schedules and ensuring coverage for required sorties and training events.

The position requires proficiency with scheduling software, strong communication skills, and experience with data systems like PEX.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-range scheduling for aircrew, instructors, evaluators, and support personnel.
• Coordinate with senior leadership to align schedules with mission objectives.
• Track crew availability, leave, TDY, and medical appointments to deconflict schedules.
• Update scheduling data in Patriot Excalibur or similar systems.
• Publish and post scheduling data for training events and exercises.
