Salesforce is seeking a strategic Senior Sales Director for Agentforce Operations to lead a scalable sales strategy within a designated vertical, driving growth by deepening existing customer relationships and attracting new clients.

You will demonstrate the value of Agentforce Operations, guiding customers to solutions that transform front- and back-office processes and improve operational efficiency through autonomous AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software or technology sales experience.
• Proven experience selling with AEs across ecosystem to generate new logos and expand footprints.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, LLMs, autonomous agent architectures, and data orchestration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, pipeline generation, and revenue attainment for the Agentforce Operations product suite.
• Managing medium to long sales cycles for strategic AI transformation deals.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with IT and business leaders to drive AI adoption.
