Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Strategic Sales Director for Agentforce Operations to lead revenue growth within a designated vertical. You will guide customers to AI-enabled operational solutions that connect data, actions, and humans across the enterprise, driving transformation and ROI.

You will manage complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles, collaborate with Account Executives, solution engineers, and marketing to close strategic enterprise AI deals and scale adoption across Salesforce customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of quota‑carrying enterprise software or technology sales experience, ideally in SaaS, Conversational AI, RPA/Automation, BPA, or Cloud Enterprise Solutions.
• Experience selling with AEs across Salesforce ecosystem to generate new logos and expand existing footprint.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, pipeline generation, and revenue attainment for the Agentforce Operations product suite.
• Navigating medium to long sales cycles for strategic, high‑value AI transformation deals.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and successful deployment models for early adopters and expansion customers.
