Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Strategic Sales Director for Agentforce Operations to drive growth within a designated vertical by penetrating existing customers and obtaining new logos. You will lead and execute a scalable sales strategy for AI-powered operational transformation.

You’ll collaborate with C‑suite leaders to demonstrate ROI, manage multi‑stakeholder deals, and close high‑value opportunities, reinforcing Salesforce's leadership in AI-enabled CRM.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in quota‑carrying enterprise software or SaaS sales.
• Proven ability to sell to C‑suite and secure new logos.
• Strong knowledge of AI/automation ROI and ROI storytelling.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, pipeline generation, and revenue attainment for the Agentforce Operations product suite.
• Managing medium to long sales cycles for strategic, high‑value AI transformation deals.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and successful deployment models for early adopters and expansion customers.
• Developing strong internal and customer relationships to create win‑win AI adoption opportunities.
• Clearly communicating the value of Agentforce Operations to business leaders.
• Driving revenue growth by closing new business and expanding existing accounts within your vertical.
• Developing and executing sales campaigns targeting operational transformation, digital labor strategies, and AI automation.
• Generating and qualifying leads, managing a robust pipeline, and assisting core Account Executives in closing strategic enterprise AI deals.
• Engaging with stakeholders across Operations, IT, Customer Experience, and C‑suite leadership to understand business challenges and develop tailored, outcome‑based AI solutions.
• Maintaining accurate sales forecasting and CRM updates.
• Collaborating with solution engineers, AI specialists, marketing, and customer success teams to provide a seamless end‑to‑end client experience.
