Salesforce is seeking a Strategic Sales Director for Agentforce Operations to drive growth across a designated vertical. You will demonstrate the value of our AI-powered products to senior leaders and guide customers to optimal solutions that streamline operations and boost ROI.

You will manage multi‑year, strategic deals with enterprise customers, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and maintain a robust, forecastable pipeline.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in quota-bearing enterprise software or technology sales.
• Proven ability to sell with account executives to generate new logos and expand footprints.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies and ROI in complex stakeholder environments.
• Experience selling to C-suite audiences and across IT/business units.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, pipeline generation, and revenue attainment for Agentforce Operations product suite.
• Managing medium to long sales cycles for strategic AI transformation deals.
• Developing relationships to create AI adoption opportunities with customers.
• Communicating value of Agentforce Operations to business leaders.
• Driving revenue growth by closing new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Collaborating with solution engineers, marketing, and customer success teams.
