Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Strategic Sales Director for Agentforce Operations to lead enterprise AI transformation deals and grow revenue within designated verticals. You will guide customers to optimal AI-enabled solutions, engage with C‑suite stakeholders, and close strategic enterprise AI deals.

The role requires extensive experience in quota‑carrying SaaS or automation sales, with a track record of cross‑functional collaboration and value selling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of quota‑carrying enterprise software or technology sales experience, SaaS or AI/automation focus.
• Proven ability to sell with account executives to generate new logos and expand footprints.
• Strong presentation skills for CIO/CTO/C‑suite audiences.
• Experience in solution selling, value-based selling, and demonstrating ROI to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of AI technologies, LLMs, autonomous agent architectures, and data orchestration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive prospecting, pipeline generation, and revenue attainment for the Agentforce Operations suite.
• Manage medium-to-long sales cycles for strategic AI transformation deals.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to enable AI adoption.
• Communicate value of Agentforce Operations to business leaders and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with solution engineers and marketing to deliver a seamless client experience.
