Accenture PLC is seeking a Category 2 Sales Capture Lead to drive AI transformation across our global client base. You will originate and close complex technology deals, engage senior stakeholders, and build a robust pipeline with increasing autonomy.

The role involves developing client-facing materials, positioning Accenture's AI capabilities, and collaborating with ecosystem partners to co-sell. Travel 25–50% is required.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience in technology sales or consulting.
• Five+ years selling into Financial Services, Communications/Media/Technology, Products, Public Sector, Health & Life Sciences, or Resources.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to and close a quota of $15M+ annually.
• Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience with a meaningful individual quota.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify sales opportunities across industry accounts with a $20M+ annual target.
• Develop client-facing materials, value propositions, and deal narratives.
• Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and ecosystem partners.
• Support co-sell efforts with Palantir, AWS, or Databricks.
• Manage opportunity tracking, pipeline hygiene, and CRM reporting.
• Travel 25–50% as required.
