Job summary

Accenture plc is seeking a seasoned Sales Capture Lead to originate and close high-value opportunities in AI-driven transformations. You will engage C-suite executives, shape pursuit strategies, and coordinate with ecosystem partners to deliver differentiated value propositions across multiple industries.

You will manage a $32M+ annual target, collaborate with account and delivery teams, and travel up to 75% as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience selling cloud-based data solutions, AI/ML platforms, or related technology services.
• Minimum 5 years of experience selling into Financial Services, Communications/Media/Technology, Products, Public Sector, Health & Life Sciences, or Resources.
• Demonstrated ability to carry and close against a quota of $20M+ annually.
• Minimum 5 years of sales pursuit management experience across the full sales cycle.
• Experience co-selling with at least one major ecosystem partner (Palantir, AWS, Microsoft, Databricks, or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Originate, qualify, and drive net-new sales opportunities across assigned industry accounts with accountability for a $32M+ annual sales target.
• Develop compelling value propositions addressing complex client challenges using AI, GenAI, and ecosystem-powered solutions.
• Engage senior client executives, define pursuit strategy, shape commercial frameworks, and narrate the opportunity.
• Mobilize ecosystem partners to structure larger, outcome-oriented deals.
• Partner with account teams and delivery leaders to ensure smooth post-close transition and strong client outcomes.
• Travel required: 25–75% depending on portfolio and client needs.
