Job summary

Accenture's Advanced AI sales capture function seeks a Category 2 Sales Capture Lead to drive AI transformation for our global client base. You will originate and close opportunities, engaging senior client stakeholders and collaborating with capture leaders to build a robust pipeline.

The role requires 8+ years in tech sales, strong quota attainment, and travel 25–50% as needed. Compensation includes base pay plus incentive compensation based on sales performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology sales or consulting, with exposure to data, AI, or cloud solution selling.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify sales opportunities with a $20M+ annual target.
• Develop client-facing materials and value propositions with pursuit teams.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and position Accenture's AI capabilities.
• Support ecosystem partner co-sell efforts with Palantir, AWS, or Databricks.
