Job summary

Accenture is expanding its Advanced AI sales capture team to accelerate AI-led transformation across industries. We seek a Category1Sales Capture Lead who originates and owns high-value opportunities, engaging C-suite stakeholders and partnering with ecosystem players like Palantir, AWS, and Databricks to close multi-million deals.

The role requires deep experience in full-cycle tech sales, ability to shape deals early, and a track record of closing against large quotas.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience selling cloud-based data solutions, AI/ML platforms, or related tech services.
• 5+ years selling into Financial Services, Communications/Media/Tech, Products, Public Sector, Health & Life Sciences, or Resources.

Responsibilities

• Originate and own net-new opportunities across industry accounts with a $32M+ annual target.
• Engage senior client leadership; shape pursuit strategy and commercial frameworks.
• Mobilize ecosystem partners to structure larger, outcome-oriented deals.
• Ensure smooth post-close transition with account teams.
