Accenture PLC is seeking a seasoned sales capture leader to originate and close high-value AI-enabled opportunities across industries. You will engage C-suite clients, shape deals early, and own full-cycle sales with independence and accountability for a substantial quota.

Travel up to 75% may be required to align with portfolio needs. This role includes incentive compensation beyond base pay, reflecting sales performance.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience selling cloud-based data solutions, AI/ML platforms, or related technology services.
Experience selling into Financial Services, Communications/Media/Technology, Products, Public Sector, Health & Life Sciences, or Resources.

Responsibilities

Originate, qualify, and drive net-new sales opportunities with a $32M+ annual target.
Develop value propositions leveraging AI, GenAI, and ecosystem partner solutions.
Engage senior client leadership, shape pursuit strategy, and develop the opportunity narrative.
Collaborate with ecosystem partners to structure larger, outcome-oriented deals.
Travel 25–75% as required by portfolio needs.
