Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned Category 2 Sales Capture Lead to originate and close AI-enabled opportunities. You will work with senior capture leaders to build the pipeline, manage client relationships, and collaborate with ecosystem partners. This role demands credibility with senior stakeholders and a proven track record in complex technology sales.

You will drive a $20M+ annual sales target, develop compelling value narratives, and travel 25–50% as needed to win strategic deals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology sales or consulting with exposure to data, AI, or cloud solution selling.
• 5+ years of experience selling into Financial Services, Communications/Media/Technology, Products, Public Sector, Health & Life Sciences, or Resources.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to and close against a quota of $15M+ annually.
• Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience with a meaningful individual quota.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with senior client stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify sales opportunities across industry accounts, with accountability for a $20M+ annual sales target.
• Develop client-facing materials, value propositions, and deal narratives with pursuit and practice teams.
• Build relationships with key client contacts and decision-makers, positioning Accenture's AI capabilities and ecosystem partners.
• Support and contribute to ecosystem partner co-sell efforts, particularly with Palantir, AWS, or Databricks.
• Manage opportunity tracking, pipeline hygiene, and reporting within Accenture's CRM systems.
• Travel required: 25–50% depending on account and team needs.
