Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an Outcomes AI Manager for Strategic Tech Customers to drive adoption of Claude capabilities across top accounts. You will partner with executives, align AI use cases with business objectives, and guide customers through change management and ROI realization.

You will collaborate with the account team to select Claude products that fit client needs, scale usage, and maximize value while shaping product feedback through enterprise experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or Strategy Consulting.
• Native English and Spanish.
• Experience with F500 technology companies, SaaS platforms, or digital-first businesses at the exec level.
• Ability to lead organization-wide change or adoption programs with C-suite sponsorship.
• Technical fluency with AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns.
• Proven track record managing a portfolio of accounts while driving measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting, strategic relationships with key customer decision makers; identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.
• Own customer operations across the lifecycle; ground plans and reviews.
• Become an expert in Anthropic's products (API, Claude Code, Cowork) to guide customers to solutions.
• Drive consumption planning and quantify ROI for expanded investment.
• Monitor usage patterns to optimize Claude surface areas and value.
• Socialize Anthropic’s roadmap and drive awareness of new products.
• Develop change management strategies to maximize adoption.
• Prioritize across the account’s workstreams with repeatable motions.
