Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an Outcomes AI Manager for Strategic Tech Customers to lead executive-level customer success across strategic accounts. You will guide the adoption of Claude APIs and related tools, drive ROI-focused value, and develop change-management programs that scale usage across large organizations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering or Strategy Consulting.
• Experience with Fortune 500 tech companies, SaaS platforms, or digital-first businesses at executive level.
• Ability to lead organization-wide change or adoption programs with C-suite sponsorship.
• Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software deployment patterns.
• Proven track record managing a portfolio of accounts with multiple enterprise motions.
• Cross-functional collaborator who rallies teams to meet customer needs.
• Passion for AI and experience with Claude Code or related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with customer decision makers in complex organizations.
• Own customer operations across account lifecycle with structured readiness and health assessments.
• Become expert in Anthropic products: API, Claude Code, and Cowork; guide customers to best solutions.
• Drive consumption planning and quantify ROI to justify expanded investment.
• Monitor usage to identify optimization opportunities across Claude surfaces.
• Act as thought partner, sharing product roadmap and driving awareness of new features.
• Develop change management and enablement programs to maximize value.
• Prioritize across multiple business units to deliver repeatable outcomes.
