You will partner with executives, align AI initiatives with business goals, manage a lifecycle from onboarding to expansion, and collaborate with product and sales to maximize value. This role demands 6+ years in CS or strategy consulting and a proven track record with large tech organizations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or Strategy Consulting.
• Experience working with F500 technology companies, SaaS platforms, or digital-first businesses at the exec level.
• Ability to lead organization-wide change or adoption programs with C-suite sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting, strategic relationships with key customer decision makers in complex organizations.
• Own customer operations across the lifecycle and drive Executive Business Reviews.
• Become an expert in Claude products (API, Claude Code, Cowork) and guide customers to the right solutions.
• Proactively drive consumption planning and quantify ROI to justify continued investment across accounts.
• Monitor usage patterns to identify optimization opportunities across Claude surface areas.
• Socialize Anthropic’s product roadmap and engage Product PMs to drive adoption.
