Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an Outcomes AI Manager for Strategic Tech Customers to drive Claude adoption and value across enterprise accounts. You’ll partner with Global technology leaders, guide them on Claude capabilities (API, Claude Code, Cowork) and shape their AI strategy with ROI-focused guidance.

You will own end-to-end customer operations, enable change management, and develop scalable motions across the account portfolio, delivering measurable adoption and expansion outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Customer Success, TAM, or Strategy Consulting.
• Native English and Spanish.
• Experience with F500 tech or SaaS at exec level.
• Ability to lead organization-wide change or adoption programs.
• Technical fluency with AI/ML concepts and APIs.
• Proven portfolio management across multiple enterprise accounts.
• Cross-functional collaborator with a customer-first mindset.
• Passion for AI and Claude Code usage.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting, strategic relationships with key customer decision makers.
• Own customer operations across the lifecycle of each account.
• Become an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude Code and Cowork.
• Drive consumption planning and quantify ROI with credible hypotheses.
• Monitor usage patterns to identify optimization opportunities.
• Serve as the customer’s thought partner and align product roadmap.
• Develop and execute change management strategies for adoption.
• Prioritize across the account's workstreams and build repeatable motions.
