Job summary

Anthropic seeks an Outcomes AI Manager for Strategic Tech Customers to drive AI adoption across a select set of enterprise accounts. You will partner with customers to align AI capabilities with business objectives, ensuring successful deployment of Claude APIs and related tools.

You will guide change management, measure value, and advise on ROI while coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize usage and expansion of Anthropic's surface areas.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or Strategy Consulting.
• Experience working with F500 technology companies, SaaS platforms, or digital-first businesses at the exec level—ideally including high-growth and established tech companies.
• Leadership in organization-wide change or adoption programs (multiple functions, hundreds of users) for a product requiring C-suite sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting, strategic relationships with key customer decision makers in complex, matrixed organizations; understand their business and objectives and identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.
• Own customer operations across the lifecycle of each account, maintaining a structured operational assessment grounding comprehensive account and success plans.
• Become an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude Code and Cowork, guiding customers to right solutions.
• Develop credible ROI hypotheses and quantify outcomes to justify continued and expanded investment.
• Monitor usage patterns across Claude surface areas to drive value from contracted commitments.
• Socialize Anthropic’s product roadmap and drive awareness of new products with Product PMs.
• Develop change management strategies to drive end‑user adoption and maximize value within customer organizations.
• Prioritize across the account’s many workstreams with repeatable motions.
