Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an AI Outcomes Manager, GSI, to partner with our most complex customers and drive AI adoption across Claude capabilities. You will guide strategic conversations, plan usage growth, and ensure value realization for enterprise clients.

You will own relationships across Systems Integrators, translate business objectives into technical success, and collaborate with product and sales teams to expand Claude usage and impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering.
• Experience with enterprises in Systems Integrator industries.
• Fluency in AI/ML concepts and API integrations for multi-stakeholder environments.
• Ability to drive success across consumption-based and seat-based models.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting, strategic relationships with key customer decision makers.
• Become an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code.
• Drive usage planning and optimize current and future consumption/adoption.
• Monitor usage, identify optimization opportunities, and address underutilization.
• Socialize product roadmap and engage Product PMs to maximize value.
• Document and quantify customer value through ROI and business outcomes.
• Identify new use cases and expansions with Sales to extend Claude usage.
• Develop change management strategies and Center of Excellence programs.
• Own the customer lifecycle with comprehensive account and success plans.
• Develop engagement playbooks balancing high-touch and efficient coverage.
