Job summary

Anthropic in San Francisco is seeking an Outcomes AI Manager for Strategic Tech Customers to partner with global technology leaders and drive adoption of Claude capabilities (API, Claude Code, Cowork). You will align business objectives with AI capabilities and shape value delivery across accounts.

You will own customer relationships, lead executive reviews, develop ROI hypotheses, and scale usage across multiple product surfaces while collaborating with the broader account team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or Strategy Consulting.
• Experience with Fortune 500 technology companies, SaaS platforms, or digital-first businesses at the exec level.
• Ability to lead organization-wide change or adoption programs with C-suite sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting, strategic relationships with key customer decision makers and identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.
• Own customer operations across the lifecycle, grounding plans with executive reviews.
• Become an expert in Anthropic’s Claude API, Claude Code and Cowork to guide customers to the right solutions.
• Drive adoption and ROI, developing hypotheses and quantifying outcomes for expansion.
• Monitor usage patterns to maximize value from Claude surface areas and contracted commitments.
